About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to join Twilio's team in the UK. This role involves acting as a lead technical strategic advisor for strategic partners in the EMEA region, ensuring they have the technical vision and enablement to build world-class solutions on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive technical enablement and readiness across strategic partners to ensure long-term architectural self-sufficiency.
- →Partner with regional GTM teams to embed partner implementation strategies into early-stage planning and business alignment.
- →Architect scalable, secure solutions that integrate products into complex enterprise technology stacks.
- →Act as a technical bridge between the partner community and Product teams to influence global roadmaps.
- →Create reusable solution assets and technical documentation that help partners scale adoption.
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or partner-facing architectural roles.
- ✓Demonstrated experience in System Integrator (SI) or Technology Partner ecosystems focused on building technical practices.
- ✓Technical fluency in API-first architectures and the ability to build functional prototypes to demonstrate integration concepts.
- ✓Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to both executive and developer audiences.
