About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Specialist - Voice, AI & CPaaS to serve as the premier Voice and AI technical authority for Twilio’s ISV and HighTech verticals in NAMER. This role involves consulting on complex, multi-product opportunities and creating technical assets to enable field teams to win in competitive sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop expertise in the Twilio platform, use cases, and buyer personas, while staying current on CPaaS, contact center, and customer engagement industry trends
- →Design multi-product architectures tailored for ISV and HighTech platforms, focusing on embeddable voice, AI-driven automation, and global scale
- →Support SEs by moving from architecture diagrams to hands-on technical validation, including building PoCs or custom integrations
- →Lead the technical validation phase for complex deals, ensuring Twilio’s products fit seamlessly into the customer's ecosystem
- →Document technical shifts and solution patterns within the NAMER market to influence the R&D roadmap
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of progressive presales or solution architecture experience in designing and validating complex solutions
- ✓2+ years of expertise in CPaaS, Voice, and/or Contact Center solutions
- ✓Proficiency in designing across multiple channels including Voice, SMS, Chat, and AI-driven routing/IVR
- ✓Ability to build prototypes or PoCs
- ✓Strong understanding of technical requirements for ISV and HighTech sectors
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
