About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join Twilio's Enterprise AI Engineering team. This role focuses on developing AI/ML models and GenAI-powered applications to transform how Twilio's Customer Support organization operates.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and deploy machine learning models using NLP, recommendation systems, and GenAI-powered applications
- →Collaborate with product, program, analytics, and engineering teams to implement and refine machine learning models
- →Utilize technical stack including Python, SQL, R, AWS, MySQL, and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciKit-Learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and Keras
- →Integrate enterprise data sources like Salesforce and Zendesk to inform model development
- →Apply knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI's GPT models, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Whisper, and Groq
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of applied ML engineering experience
- ✓Experience building and deploying machine learning models to production environments
- ✓Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and refine models
- ✓Strong understanding of technical stack including Python, SQL, R, AWS, MySQL, and relevant libraries
- ✓Experience with enterprise data sources like Salesforce and Zendesk
- ✓Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI applications
