About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join Twilio's team in the United Kingdom. This role focuses on selling into high-value prospects and customers, with a particular focus on Southern Europe. The candidate will be responsible for managing fast-growing customers in the region and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Service the fastest growing customers in the region.
- →Grow revenue and gross profit share of wallet within key accounts.
- →Open doors to the purchase of Twilio’s products and services.
- →Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- →Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process.
- →Sell solutions to a technical and business audience.
- →Build trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers.
- →Think outside of the box and have extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
- →Balance challenging priorities and handle multiple projects/deals at the same time.
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of Account Management/Sales experience covering selling and closing complex technical solutions.
- ✓History of working with accounts ranging from large multinational enterprise customers to SMB.
- ✓Demonstrated success by achieving quota on a consistent basis.
- ✓Track record of Account Management experience and a solid understanding of how to cross and upsell solutions.
- ✓A solid understanding of financial reporting within a direct customer base - Revenue and Gross Profit tracking, Risk and Opportunity cadence.
