About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join Twilio's team. This role involves providing technical support engineering contact for strategic customers, resolving complex technical problems, and delivering proactive guidance to enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Address customer issues using technical and diplomatic skills
- →Work with developers, architects, and support personnel to resolve complex problems
- →Collaborate with teams via Slack and file JIRAs to report bugs
- →Analyze customer trends and report observations to improve support processes
Requirements
- ✓4 to 6+ years of relevant experience
- ✓Knowledge of RESTful technology, APIs, and cloud solutions
- ✓Troubleshooting capabilities for server-side code (Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python) and client-side JavaScript
- ✓Understanding of React, Redux, TCP/UDP, and SSL/TLS
- ✓Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Experience with Twilio helper libraries
- ✓Inquisitive mind and advanced time management skills
- ✓Task prioritization and situational urgency evaluation
- ✓Interest in utilizing customer feedback for product improvements
