About the Role

We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst, LATAM to join Twilio's People team. This role will be responsible for ensuring rewards programs are compliant, competitive, equitable, and seamlessly executed within the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities

→Execute regular audits and "spot checks" across different processes like annual review cycle, ensuring 100% adherence to company policies and LATAM labor laws.
→Act as a subject matter expert to influence decision-making across various stakeholders, ensuring all compensation-related decisions remain within the framework of company policy and local legislation.
→Conduct deep-dive analyses on compensation trends and prepare data-backed reports to support strategic decision-making.
→Perform market pricing for new roles and assist in the annual update of salary structures, maintaining internal equity.
→Serve as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) for employee inquiries regarding benefits, resolving complex queries and finding solutions for service-level issues.
→Manage relationships with external benefit providers and lead negotiations for renewals or service improvements.
→Investigate anomalies and coordinate root cause analysis for process failures, implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

✓3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong background in operational audit and data analysis.
✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
✓Solid understanding of Colombian labor law (statutory benefits, non-taxable compensation, and payroll integration).
✓Exceptional ability to translate complex data into simple, professional narratives for executive-level reviews.
✓Advanced English Proficiency.
✓Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups).
✓Proven ability to influence others and uphold company policy, even in high-pressure or ambiguous situations.
✓A "zero-error" mindset regarding payroll data, legal compliance, and invoice reconciliation.
✓Proficiency in Radford, Mercer, or other published market surveys to benchmark roles accurately.
✓Deep knowledge of end-to-end benefit processes, including designing, implementing, and communicating programs such as insurance and regional Leave policies.
