About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to contribute towards generating sales for Twin Health, a company that empowers people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases using AI Digital Twin technology.

Key Responsibilities

→Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products
→Answering questions about products or the company
→Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
→Enter and update customer information in the database
→Take and process orders in an accurate manner
→Sourcing prospect customer data from sources online & offline
→Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
→Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information on CRM tools

Requirements

✓Proven experience as Inside Sales Executive or other sales and customer facing role
✓Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
✓Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects
✓Excellent knowledge of English and Regional languages (Hindi, Kannada or Telugu) Mandatory
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
✓Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
