About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the next phase of Typeface’s Arc Graph, a living intelligence layer that powers enterprise marketing campaigns. This role involves defining the long-term vision and roadmap for the intelligence layer that drives Typeface’s AI-powered content generation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the Arc Graph intelligence layer
- →Develop a structured, scalable system for context ingestion and modeling
- →Ensure the right context flows automatically into every creation experience
- →Build feedback systems that learn from user edits and content performance
- →Partner across multiple platforms to improve every agent and workflow
- →Define permissions, guardrails, and compliance systems for enterprise customers
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of product management experience with platform or infrastructure-level products
- ✓Experience building AI/ML-powered products with a deep understanding of retrieval and grounding
- ✓Strong systems mindset with expertise in data models, abstractions, and long-term architecture
- ✓Cross-functional influence with engineering, ML, and data teams
- ✓Enterprise product instincts with knowledge of governance, reliability, and trust requirements
- ✓Staff-level scope with the ability to define direction across teams and operate with high autonomy
