About the Role
We are looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to join Typeform's People Technology Team. This role involves supporting HR operations and ensuring a world-class employee experience in a fast-paced technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Administer and manage employee records, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- →Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment coordination, and access management.
- →Process and manage employee changes, such as role changes, leaves of absence, and terminations, in HR systems.
- →Collaborate with payroll and total rewards to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
- →Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing clear and timely communication.
- →Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
- →Assist with compliance-related tasks, including audits and reporting.
- →Proactively identify areas for process improvement within HR operations.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in an HR Admin, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations role, ideally within a fast-paced technology company.
- ✓Familiarity with HRIS systems (HiBob desirable).
- ✓Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- ✓Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (global experience is a plus).
- ✓Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- ✓Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
