About the Role
We are looking for an Art Director - Customization to join Ubisoft Montréal and define the artistic vision for customization content in Rainbow Six Siege. This role involves leading the customization art team and ensuring the game’s visual identity aligns with its global vision.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and maintain the artistic vision for customization content aligned with the overall game direction.
- →Create and maintain art direction documentation for current and future customization initiatives.
- →Collaborate with art, events, esports, marketing, UI, and monetization teams to ideate skins and new features.
- →Lead the customization art team, prioritizing project, esports, and community-driven initiatives.
- →Provide clear art direction, feedback, and approvals throughout the production pipeline.
- →Oversee internal and external art teams to ensure artistic and technical quality.
- →Partner with art team leads to support growth paths and professional development plans.
- →Represent the studio in external meetings, presenting briefs and creative proposals.
