About the Role
The Community Manager plays a vital role in supporting the community strategic plan for Rainbow Six Siege. This position involves engaging with players through social media, creating dynamic content, and driving player feedback to support in-game improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate on defining and executing the Rainbow Six Siege community strategic plan
- →Communicate live game updates, status changes, and service issues to players
- →Develop an active and engaged relationship with players in the fanbase
- →Identify key influencers and collaborate with community members to evangelize the brand
- →Create player-facing resources and engaging digital content
- →Interface with internal production resources to produce required assets
- →Write, review, and copyedit outbound communications
- →Collaborate with cross-functional partners on a content calendar
- →Assess the community’s pulse and communicate concerns to internal partners
- →Report on areas of concern and share engagement metrics
- →Support community activations such as developer Q&A and contests
- →Work with the Social Media Manager to understand content performance
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of contemporary gaming genres and platforms
