About the Role
Join Ubisoft's Customer Experience (CX) Program Management team and experience a concrete environment within an international and dynamic setting. You will contribute to mobilizing and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams across Ubisoft to plan and deploy effective live events, while keeping player experience as a top priority and actively contributing to protecting our franchises and the company's reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- βAssist in the planning and management of live events: identify, plan, and execute live events for Ubisoft games and services;
- βContribute to continuous improvement and evolution of processes: collaborate with internal partners to gather feedback, document key learnings, and track improvements in the Continuous Improvement Repository (CIR);
- βManage and capitalize on knowledge: create and maintain clear work instructions, process workflows, and best practices using Confluence and internal tools (Miro, SharePoint, Signavio, etc.) to ensure knowledge continuity within the CX Program Management team;
- βCollect and analyze data: collect, clean, and analyze data from past live events to extract actionable insights and support process improvements;
- βParticipate in cross-functional projects: contribute to projects aimed at improving collaboration within global publishing and beyond, supporting specific initiatives designed to align the needs of different departments across Ubisoft.
