About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Animator to join Ubisoft Reflections and lead an international team of skilled Animators. This role involves guiding your team to fulfill project animation and artistic direction while contributing to the Rainbow Six brand.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead an international team of highly skilled Animators
- →Support your team to fulfill project animation & artistic direction and production timelines
- →Guide team through project tasks that improve gameplay experiences
- →Act as the main point of contact between your team, direction, and production
- →Play a hands-on role in creating high-quality animation assets
- →Contribute to the visual identity of realistic AAA games
Requirements
- ✓Proven leadership or mentoring abilities
- ✓Portfolio/showreel of realistic-styled animations
- ✓Proficiency in Keyframing
- ✓Experience with Motion Capture
- ✓Knowledge of proprietary/in-house engines
- ✓Understanding of 1st and 3rd person Animation systems
- ✓Familiarity with MotionBuilder
- ✓Experience in a full development life-cycle
