About the Role
The Project Manager serves as the central point of contact for all contributors and oversees every stage of large-scale or innovative projects. This role requires extensive knowledge of strategic, transformational, and organizationally complex project management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Exercise influential leadership to ensure the success of assigned projects
- →Meet with clients to gather, analyze, and understand their needs
- →Develop and implement detailed project plans including human resources, budget, and timeline
- →Determine required team resources and ensure knowledge transfer
- →Coordinate internal and external personnel involved in project execution
- →Continuously monitor project progress using appropriate systems and KPIs
- →Implement and manage necessary changes to achieve project results on time and within budget
- →Analyze project risks and propose solutions to encountered problems
- →Prepare regular reports for the team and management
