About this role
As the fixed term LATAM Marketing Manager, you'll serve as the right-hand to the Regional Marketing Director, translating regional strategy into impactful execution across Latin America. This role requires a unique balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—you'll lead complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives while also managing the operational details that ensure flawless delivery. Your work will directly influence pipeline generation, brand elevation, and market expansion across the LATAM region, making you a critical driver of business outcomes for one of our fastest-growing markets. This is a fixed term position for six months.
What you'll be doing
• Lead end-to-end execution of LATAM marketing initiatives, including sponsored and hosted events (virtual and in-person), digital campaigns, demand generation programs, and ABM initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional strategy and business goals
• Own vendor and agency relationships from selection through execution, including contract negotiations, budget management, purchase order processing, and performance evaluation to maximize ROI
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and global marketing teams to ensure regional campaigns are locally relevant while maintaining global brand consistency and messaging
• Manage the regionalization of marketing content and collateral, collaborating with agencies and internal teams to adapt materials for LATAM audiences and cultural nuances
• Drive operational excellence by managing project timelines, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, opening tickets with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all execution details are handled proactively
• Analyze campaign and event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives and meet quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
• Identify opportunities to innovate and improve marketing processes, tools, and approaches based on market insights and performance data
What you'll have
• 6+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated success driving multi-channel acquisition campaigns and achieving measurable business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, lead generation)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with B2B event marketing, including planning and executing large-scale conferences, trade shows, and virtual events
• Track record of working autonomously with minimal supervision, proactively identifying priorities and executing across multiple concurrent projects
• Proven experience with project management, vendor management, budget oversight, and administrative processes
• Action-oriented, detail-oriented, and creatively minded individual
• Experience collaborating within global organizations and partnering effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to evaluate campaign performance, make decisions, and optimize marketing investments
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required
• Willingness to travel across the LATAM region approximately once per quarter or as needed
