About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join Udemy, an AI-powered skills acceleration platform. This role will be instrumental in expanding Udemy's reach through strategic partnerships, building and managing relationships with key channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute comprehensive channel partner strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
- →Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with Udemy's strategic objectives
- →Manage existing partner relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- →Create and implement joint go-to-market strategies with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities
- →Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure partner success and alignment
- →Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms that drive mutual value and growth
- →Track and analyze partner performance metrics to optimize channel effectiveness and ROI
- →Provide training and enablement resources to channel partners to enhance their ability to sell Udemy solutions
- →Represent Udemy at industry events and partner conferences to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
- →Work cross-functionally to resolve partner issues and ensure exceptional partner experience
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or consulting roles
- ✓Proven track record of building and managing successful channel partnerships that drive revenue growth
- ✓Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the online learning/education technology space
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- ✓Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize performance
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- ✓Ability to travel up to 25% for partner meetings and industry events
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- ✓Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
