About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Growth Manager to join UiPath and drive enterprise growth by cultivating strategic customer relationships. This role focuses on delivering exceptional value through automation solutions and positioning UiPath as the industry leader in enterprise automation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow UiPath's presence within key enterprise relationships
- →Understand customers' business challenges and identify automation opportunities that deliver measurable value
- →Articulate UiPath's value proposition effectively against competitors through deep product knowledge
- →Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, industry influencers, and partners
- →Manage and forecast sales pipeline with precision to consistently achieve revenue targets
- →Collaborate with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- →Drive sales excellence through disciplined implementation of sales processes and performance metrics
Requirements
- ✓15+ years of enterprise software sales experience with proven success in consultative selling approaches
- ✓Demonstrated experience selling to BFSI segment organizations across both private and public sectors
- ✓Strong C-level stakeholder management skills with proven ability to develop long-term account strategies
- ✓Technical understanding of automation technologies and digital transformation principles
- ✓Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with a highly motivated, energetic personality
