About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer for Healthcare to join UiPath, a leading enterprise automation company. In this strategic role, you will act as an advisor to prospects and customers, helping them understand the value of automation and AI in their business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Evangelize the value of automation by combining digital workforce with AI/ML capabilities
- →Be a thought leader on advancing the UiPath platform and developing industry-specific solutions
- →Understand industry challenges and opportunities in the Healthcare sector
- →Partner with sales teams to define account strategies and grow solution footprints
- →Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value (PoV)
- →Conduct process discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities
- →Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine offerings
- →Share lessons learned and best practices with the GTM team
- →Provide feedback to product teams for continuous innovation
Requirements
- ✓Industry domain knowledge in Healthcare Payor or Provider verticals
- ✓Technical understanding of AI solutions, RPA, and automation
- ✓Experience simplifying complex concepts for technical and business audiences
- ✓Ability to empathize with co-workers and customers
- ✓Curiosity to learn and adapt to changing environments
- ✓Experience working with Global 2000 enterprises
- ✓Background in consulting, sales engineering, or automation programs
- ✓Authorized to work in the United States
- ✓Travel requirement up to 25% annually
