LIFE AT UIPATH
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. Weβre committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who careβabout each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who operates as a Builder β someone who ships delightful product experiences end-to-end and sweats the details users feel.
- Be immersive in shaping the 'what' and 'why' of the user experience, not just implementing specs handed to you.
- Validate with customers directly, watch them use the product, and iterate fast on what you learn.
- Operate AI-forward and hands-on: use modern AI tools to design, prototype, and ship faster than teams twice your size.
And the core technical chops of a senior full-stack engineer with a strong frontend center of gravity.
At UiPath we are enabling enterprises to transform via Business Orchestration and modernize how they operate their core business processes. The frontend is where that promise meets the user β every interaction, every pixel, every latency spike decides whether customers feel the magic or the friction. We are a global team and collaborate like a startup to prioritize what matters to customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH
Builder Mindset: Own features end-to-end β from the customer conversation, to the wireframe on the whiteboard, to the production deploy. No designer, no product spec? You unblock yourself and ship.
Delightful UI/UX: Obsess over motion, hierarchy, typography, whitespace, and micro-interactions. Build interfaces that feel fast, considered, and modern β the kind people screenshot.
AI-Native Development: Move beyond "AI-assisted" to "AI-native." Use Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Figma-to-code, and agentic tools as a daily force multiplier across design, implementation, testing, and debugging.
Full-Stack Range: Build the APIs, data contracts, and services behind your UI when you need them. You aren't blocked waiting for backend β you spin it up yourself.
Direct Customer Contact: Sit in on customer calls, usability sessions, and design-partner conversations. Translate those observations into what you ship next week, not next quarter.
Modern Craft: Stay current with modern design trends β Linear-grade polish, shadcn/Radix-grade primitives, Tailwind-grade velocity β and raise the bar for everything around you.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
Proven builder track record: 7+ years shipping production web applications with deep ownership of the frontend. Bonus for enterprise SaaS.
Modern frontend mastery: TypeScript, React (or equivalent), component architecture, state management, performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle discipline, rendering modes), accessibility (WCAG), and the tooling ecosystem around them.
Backend comfort: You can design an API, write the service, model the data, and wire up auth without waiting for help β Node, Go, Python, or similar.
Design instinct without a designer: You can stare at a blank Figma and still produce a UI that is tasteful, consistent, and on-brand. You study great products and know why they feel great.
AI-forward practice: A daily loop of pairing with AI coding tools, prompt-level fluency, and a clear point of view on where AI accelerates vs. slows you down.
Builder-grade time management: You scope ruthlessly, ship in small increments, kill work-in-progress that isn't working, and communicate status without being asked.
Attention to detail: Off-by-one pixels, inconsistent spacing, and jank genuinely bother you.
IN 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL HAVE
- Shipped at least one flagship surface that customers use every day, designed and built largely on your own.
- Established a "direct-to-customer" loop where at least weekly you validate changes with real users and feed learnings back into the product.
- Raised the UI/UX quality bar across your team β patterns, components, and review standards others adopt.
- Defined how AI tooling is woven into the team's daily development loop, with measurable impact on cycle time.
