LIFE AT UIPATH
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. Weβre committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who careβabout each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENGINEERING LEADER THAT OPERATES AS A BUILDER.
- Be immersive in shaping the βwhatβ and βwhyβ of products to build in addition to driving the execution of the said plan.
- Validate with customers and glean insights to fail fast or get to proven adoption.
- Operate AI forward and hands on in everything you do and scale your influence.
And the core technical chops of a Sr. Principal Engineer.
At UiPath we are enabling enterprises transform via Business Orchestration and modernize operating their core business processes. It requires us to apply technology on a wide range of domains β from systems to agents to engaging people in their preferred modality. We are a global team and collaborate like a startup to prioritize whatβs important to customers.
What youβll do at UiPath:
- Founder Mindset: Propose, architect, and ship large-scale cloud services as if they were your own startup.
- Technical Diplomacy: Navigate complex technical trade-offs and drive consensus across stakeholders through clear, data-driven communication.
- Engineering Excellence: Be the standard-bearer for the "dev inner loop"βobsessing over quality, scalability, and developer productivity.
- AI Integration: Move beyond "AI-assisted" to "AI-native," building agentic systems that solve real-world enterprise bottlenecks.
What youβll bring to the team:
- External-Facing Excellence: A proven track record (10+ years) of architecting and building world-class, large-scale commercial applications with a focus on external product impact.
- Core Domain Expertise: Deep technical background in Workflow Engines, Orchestration, and Case Management. You should be an expert in distributed systems, including Data Layers for OLTP/OLAP and high-scale platform domains.
- Architectural Vision: Mastery of programming language paradigms, schema design, and the creation of robust, public-facing APIs that drive ecosystem growth.
- Product Thinking: An innate ability to balance technical perfection with business impact, ensuring our engineering efforts move the needle for our customers' bottom lines.
- The ability to lead through influence and inspire a globally distributed team
In 6 months, you will have:
- Architected and deployed a core component of our agentic orchestration framework.
- Established a high-velocity 'inner loop' that reduced developer friction by 20%.
- Partnered with three key enterprise customers to validate a new 'mini-founder' product initiative.
