We are looking for talented and driven Software Engineer II who take pride in delivering highly scalable and maintainable solutions. While full stack expertise is a must, full stack with Agentic AI Exposure is highly preferred (but not mandatory). WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM - 3–7 years building backend or full-stack production services. - Understand system design and team architecture; decompose problems; deliver production-ready code with attention to quality, telemetry, security, performance, and scalability. - Write automated tests for multi-tier systems, debug cross-service issues, and take deep ownership during incidents. - Anticipate blockers and costs, communicate tradeoffs clearly, solicit feedback, and mentor peers. - Dogfood the product, use metrics for decisions, learn fast, and drive results. - A builder’s mindset: you like creating usable things, fast.
