About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our platform team at Unframe. This role involves shaping architecture and driving implementation of AI-native applications, setting the standard for engineering quality and velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the architecture and delivery of a full-stack product vertical (backend + UI)
- →Break down complex problems and drive them to production independently
- →Ship high-impact functionality quickly, then harden it for reliability and scale
- →Raise the bar for code quality, testing, observability, and performance
- →Mentor other engineers through design reviews, pairing, and technical guidance
- →Work closely with product, customers, and platform teams to define solutions
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience building user-facing products end-to-end
- ✓Deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue/React, PostgreSQL (or other relational DB)
- ✓Strong architectural instincts and the ability to design clean, scalable systems
- ✓Proven ability to take ownership of a problem from zero-to-one → production
- ✓Sharp communication, strong judgment, and fast learning ability
