About the Role
Unify is seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead a core product area and shape the DNA of their early-stage, high-velocity EPD organization. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that will work closely with leadership to define strategy and roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive product strategy and work with leadership to define outcomes and roadmaps
- →Transform complex platforms into coherent mental models and approachable workflows
- →Own a core product area end-to-end, from user needs to design and delivery
- →Design AI-first workflows for prospecting, prioritization, and personalization
- →Become an expert in the go-to-market space through user research and insights
- →Mentor and support a small team, raising the bar for design at Unify
Requirements
- ✓10+ years in Product Design with a strong track record of simplifying complex products
- ✓Experience in systems thinking and strategic, business-minded approach
- ✓Ability to break down big problems into manageable chunks and deliver results
- ✓Self-driven, collaborative, and enjoys working in fast-paced environments
- ✓Strong mentorship and leadership skills with a low ego and high self-awareness
