About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Unity, the world’s leading game engine. This role involves analyzing player data to identify trends and opportunities across retention, progression, economy, and monetization in the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

→Analyze large-scale player data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across retention, progression, economy, and monetization.
→Build and maintain dashboards and reports used daily by Product, Game Design, and Monetization and R&D teams.
→Define and monitor KPIs, detect anomalies, and proactively surface insights to stakeholders.
→Partner closely with Product Managers, Economy Managers, and Developers to support data-driven decision making.
→Support A/B testing efforts: experiment design, results analysis, and clear recommendations.

✓Extensive SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
✓Strong presentation and communication skills and proficiency in English
