About the Role

Join the brand-new Industry Accounts Business Development Representative team at Unity where you will help build the playbook from the ground up. This role focuses on prospecting across large territories and shaping what 'great' looks like in account development.

Key Responsibilities

→Prospect across large territories and implement multi-channel outreach to book discovery meetings
→Research target accounts and key decision makers to build campaigns and refine messaging
→Qualify inbound leads and route high-intent prospects to Account Executives and Managers
→Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to implement territory plans and support events
→Track important activity and use insights to continuously improve results

Requirements

✓Ability to hunt and identify new key contacts at target accounts
✓Comfort with outbound prospecting and rejection
✓Highly organized with attention to detail, curious, and motivated to grow professionally
✓Native or bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
✓Some limited travel to internal and external events
