About the Role
We are looking for an Industry Accounts Business Development Representative to join Unity's brand-new team. This role involves building the playbook from the ground up, working with large territories, and shaping what 'great' looks like in sales and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect across large territories using multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events)
- →Research target accounts and key decision makers, build campaigns, and refine messaging
- →Qualify inbound leads and route high-intent prospects to Account Executives/Managers
- →Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to implement territory plans
- →Track important activity and use insights to improve results
Requirements
- ✓Ability to hunt and identify new key contacts at target accounts
- ✓Comfort with outbound prospecting and rejection
- ✓Highly organized with attention to detail, curious, and motivated to grow
- ✓Native or bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
- ✓Some limited travel to internal and external events
