The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work in our Unity Ads Product team within the Grow division. In this role, you will be responsible for the core components that drive our networkβs ads business. This role will be tasked with providing expertise on existing and planned initiatives that will grow the ads business. These include owning the strategic vision for our ad quality product β making it more robust, scalable, and deeply integrated across our SDKs and platform β driving a proactive privacy strategy that turns the evolving regulatory landscape into a growth opportunity, leading trust and safety efforts including creative moderation and ad policy, strengthening our exchange and programmatic capabilities, and identifying innovation opportunities across new supply channels, ad formats, and adjacent business areas.
What you'll be doing
β’ Collaborate with product leadership to craft and articulate the long-term vision and strategy across ad quality, privacy, trust & safety, the exchange, and programmatic, driving alignment across teams and stakeholders. Own and shape the product roadmap, ensuring it delivers business impact and customer value.
β’ Partner closely with Staff and Senior Product Managers, Engineering, and Data Science teams to define and prioritize key initiatives - leverage expertise to guide teams through complex decisions and drive execution at scale.
β’ Own the strategy for our ad quality product, driving improvements that ensure publisher trust β including creative moderation, ad policy enforcement, and fraud prevention.
β’ Lead efforts to make ad quality more accessible and scalable for all publishers, and ensure it is deeply integrated across our SDK and broader platform.
β’ Lead a proactive privacy strategy that goes beyond compliance - evaluate the evolving global regulatory landscape β including emerging legislation, case law, and enforcement trends β to identify areas where Unity can turn privacy into a growth lever for the business.
β’ Lead evaluations of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes - size future opportunities, perform in-depth analysis, and provide recommendations that influence both strategic investments and roadmap prioritization.
β’ Collaborate with the Data Platform team to identify opportunities for improving our models, reporting, and workflows, ensure data infrastructure and insights are accurate, comprehensive, and drive meaningful outcomes.
β’ Partner with strategic partnerships and engineering teams to evaluate and pursue emerging opportunities β including new supply channels (e.g., CTV), commerce initiatives, non-gaming demand, and brand advertising.
β’ Lead early-stage prototyping, opportunity sizing, and strategic recommendations that give the business optionality for future growth.
β’ Continuously assess the health and performance of the ad network, tracking market trends and adapting to shifts. Identify risks, opportunities, and proactive strategies to navigate changes effectively.
What we're looking for
β’ Previous experience working as a product manager in AdTech
β’ Experience across multiple of the following: privacy/identity, ad quality, creative moderation, ad policy, programmatic/exchange technology
β’ Deep understanding of the sell-side (publisher) ads ecosystem; buy-side/advertiser experience is a strong plus
β’ Track record of building products zero-to-one as well as scaling and maintaining established products at scale
β’ Strong leadership and execution skills paired with exceptional communication across technical and non-technical audiences
β’ Strong analytical and technical knowledge - capable of understanding complex systems and working with technical colleagues
β’ Curiosity and initiative around leveraging AI in product development workflows

β’ Hands-on SQL experience
β’ Experience with exchange technology, supply-side platforms, or programmatic infrastructure
β’ Familiarity with the evolving global privacy and data regulation landscape
β’ Experience evaluating or launching new ad channels or formats (e.g., CTV, commerce, emerging supply)
β’ Demand expertise and how data production can influence our value to advertisers
