About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ML Engineer to drive state-of-the-art bidding optimization systems for Unity Ads. This role involves developing and maintaining high-performance prediction models that power ad ranking and recommendation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, implement, and maintain high-performance CTR and CVR prediction models
- →Build and refine systems for creative understanding and user behavior modeling
- →Ensure model quality and reliability by monitoring performance and addressing data drift
- →Participate in setting the long-term direction for the team and oversee project execution
- →Communicate complex technical concepts to non-engineering stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field
- ✓5+ years of hands-on experience building large-scale Ads delivery and optimization systems
- ✓3+ years of experience building CTR/CVR systems or behavior modeling systems
- ✓Significant experience in programming languages like Python, Go, Scala, or C++
- ✓Knowledge of metric design, experimentation methodologies, and large-scale data analysis
