About the Role

Unity is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to join our collaborative, fast-growing team. You'll be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and closing positions across various departments and regions, making a significant impact in our high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
→Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates
→Qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit
→Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners
→Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates

Requirements

✓Experienced in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations
✓Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of non-tech/tech roles and levels
✓Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment
✓Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
✓Experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units and regions
