About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Technical Product Manager to lead the next phase of Unity's internal AI solutions and applications. This strategic product lead role sits at the heart of the Enterprise AI team, with a company-wide transformational remit.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute the roadmap of internal AI solutions, prioritizing features that deliver strategic value for the business.
- →Work with cross-functional leaders to identify outcomes and measurable metrics to quantify the value of AI investments.
- →Define product requirements, interface with users to validate solutions, and ensure prioritizing the right customer problems.
- →Lead through influence and articulate a compelling vision for AI in evolving workplace and workflows.
- →Communicate new capabilities clearly and track metrics to evaluate product performance.
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading technical or ML-driven products.
- ✓Technically proficient with deep understanding of AI, LLM technology, software development lifecycle, and infrastructure.
- ✓Ability to operate across multiple functions and influence teams.
- ✓Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving with a focus on user-first solutions.
