The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with direct wealth management domain experience to own outcomes for a defined product area and help drive our SaaS transformation.
This role is for a product leader who understands how wealth management firms operate - including advisor workflows, account structures, regulatory constraints, and operational realities - and can translate that expertise into clear product strategy, priorities, and outcomes.Β
The Role
As a Product Manager at Univeris, you are accountable for product strategy, prioritization, and value realization within your domain.
You own the entire product lifecycle, from defining the 'why' and the 'what' to overseeing the 'how.' You are responsible for translating strategic outcomes into executable scope, ensuring that every release is delivered with quality and aligns with our success metrics.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Product Strategy & Outcomes
β’ Own the product strategy and roadmap for a defined wealth management domain.
β’ Define clear problem statements, value hypotheses, and success metrics aligned to company objectives.
β’ Make prioritization decisions balancing client value, regulatory constraints, business impact, and delivery capacity.
β’ Wealth Management Domain Leadership
β’ Bring deep, practical understanding of wealth management workflows (e.g., advisor operations, account lifecycle, trading, compliance, reporting).
β’ Anticipate regulatory and operational implications of product decisions.
β’ Serve as a trusted domain expert for Engineering, Design, Sales, and Client Success.
β’ Customer & Market Insight
β’ Engage directly with wealth management firms, advisors, and internal stakeholders to validate problems and test solutions.
β’ Incorporate competitive and market insights specific to wealth technology.
β’ Translate customer needs into clear product direction and trade-offs.
β’ Roadmap & Investment Decisions
β’ Translate strategy into an outcome-oriented roadmap.
β’ Communicate roadmap priorities, trade-offs, and rationale with clarity and confidence.
β’ Evaluate investments using data, learning, and business cases.
β’ Cross-Functional Leadership
β’ Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Client Success, Sales, and Operations.
β’ Act as the primary decision-maker for product direction within your domain.
β’ Delivery Partnership & Go/No-Go
β’ Remain accountable for outcomes through delivery and launch.
β’ Participate in go/no-go decisions, balancing quality, readiness, and client impact.
β’ Ensure releases are supported with appropriate enablement and success measurement.
β’ Measurement & Learning
β’ Define and track success metrics to measure adoption, efficiency, and client impact.
β’ Use data and customer feedback to refine strategy and priorities.
β’ AI Usage
β’ Go beyond simple usage by building pipelines of AI agents that systematically take in customer feedback, write product specs, prototype concepts, and ship small features.
β’ Develop robust AI systems that the broader team relies on (e.g., automated monitoring of support tickets, NPS analysis, or sentiment tracking).
β’ Redesign how product ships by abandoning the previous status quo and leading new, AI-native ways of building products.
β’ Identify opportunities where AI can improve wealth management workflows or operational efficiency.

Your Formal Qualifications
β’ 3β6 years of Product Management experience in wealth management or closely related financial services domains.
β’ Hands-on experience with wealth management platforms, advisor tools, or dealer operations.
β’ Proven ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
β’ Experience operating in regulated environments with complex workflows and data.
β’ Strong understanding of modern product discovery and delivery practices.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Must be able to point to entirely new technical skill sets developed through AI (e.g., writing SQL, conducting complex data analysis, building dashboards) to self-serve insights independently
Your Proven Qualities
β’ Experience with SaaS platform transformation in wealth or fintech.
β’ Familiarity with global regulatory environments.
β’ Experience integrating data, analytics, or AI into product decisions.

The Work Environment
Our mid-sized offices environment are in a great location downtown - we are right by St. Lawrence Market (Toronto, Canada), close to the Distillery District and 10 minutes away from the Financial District and in Virgilio 2 street (Madrid, Spain), close to Ciudad de la Imagen District at 15 minutes from the City Center!
Work may be in-office, remote or hybrid, collaborating with other team members in-personal and digitally during regular business hours
We offer a flexible schedule, however, some work outside of normal business hours may be required on occasion due to time-constrained activities or collaborating with remote teams
