About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to work with two of our product teams, which span both our activation and AI-powered experiences. Reporting into the Head of Engineering, you’ll be responsible for the growth, performance, and delivery of 8-10 Engineers working on high-impact, fast-moving products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and develop Engineers across two product teams, fostering high performance, engagement, and sustainable delivery
- →Elevate Engineer’s performance and unlock their potential by creating the conditions, support and accountability for engineers to develop
- →Support delivery momentum by helping teams identify lean approaches, spot risks early, stay focused on outcomes, and work through ambiguity
- →Collaborate with Staff Engineers to influence technical direction, improve decision-making, and support scalable systems
- →Play an active role in the Tech Leadership group, strengthening our Engineering culture
- →Shape engineering practices by improving team collaboration, delivery, and engineering productivity
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience managing Engineers in product-focused teams
- ✓Proven record of driving a high-performance culture, setting clear expectations
- ✓Strong track record of partnering with Product Managers
- ✓Technically credible - able to support Engineers across all levels
- ✓Able to operate with sound judgement and independence
- ✓Comfortable in fast-changing environments
- ✓Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
