About the Role
We are looking for a VP of Product to lead Product and UX at Unmind, reporting to the CEO and joining the Executive Leadership Team. You will set clear product direction and drive strong execution, accelerating delivery and strengthening our AI strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own product strategy and roadmap, setting clear priorities and trade-offs
- →Drive faster, more iterative product delivery
- →Define and execute our AI product direction, focused on user outcomes
- →Act as senior product partner to Commercial, ensuring product supports enterprise selling
- →Lead and support a small Product and UX team, creating clarity and momentum
- →Align Product, Tech and Commercial on what ‘enterprise-ready’ means
- →Translate enterprise customer needs into product direction
- →Use customer, usage, and market insight to validate priorities
Requirements
- ✓Hands-on product leader with experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- ✓Experience within Health, Benefits or the HR Tech sectors
- ✓Proven track record operating in startup or scale-up organisations
- ✓Strong commercial instincts, with a grounding in Product
- ✓Experience delivering AI-enabled products
- ✓Credible senior leader who can influence stakeholders
- ✓Clear communicator who can turn ambiguity into direction
