We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join Unstructured, a company building the backbone of generative AI. This role focuses on defining and delivering enterprise-level features that enable large customers to securely use our platform.

Requirements
- ✓7 to 10+ years of experience shipping production systems in high-growth environments
- ✓Deep technical experience in cloud-native systems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed architectures
- ✓Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals in modern distributed systems
- ✓Proven track record of leading major technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
- ✓Passion for performance, reliability, and elegant design
