About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success & Growth Leader to join EnFi, an AI-native commercial lending platform. This foundational role will define how customers experience EnFi and shape our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own Customer Onboarding & Activation: Lead onboarding projects for banks, credit unions, and private credit funds
- →Deliver Real, Provable Customer Value: Track adoption, outcomes, and value realization
- →Be the Customer Advocate: Build deep, trusted relationships with customer teams
- →Drive Retention and Expansion: Own renewals and expansion opportunities
- →Build the CS/Growth Function: Define playbooks, processes, and metrics
Requirements
- ✓5-10+ years in banking, fintech, or financial services software
- ✓Strong understanding of commercial lending workflows
- ✓Experience owning customer relationships end-to-end
- ✓Comfort managing projects, stakeholders, and ambiguity
- ✓A bias toward action and accountability
