We are looking for a Product Manager to drive operational excellence within our partner commission system, managing individual features across the entire software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support tactical execution and track metrics for the Partner Commission product lifecycle to drive growth
- →Define detailed user stories and acceptance criteria while ensuring technical quality and support for complex issues
- →Own the end-to-end resolution of payment and commission queries escalated by Partner Services
- →Identify payment data issues to propose fixes and bolster the product roadmap
- →Act as a gatekeeper for quality by analyzing comparative data sets and supporting Beta testing
- →Conduct research and user interviews to validate future product directions and assess ROI on incentives
- →Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of commission rules and operational procedures
