About the Role
We are looking for a Telecoms Specialist to drive the evolution of our Telecoms offering by leading industry change projects and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead industry change projects, such as the decommissioning of legacy services, customer migrations and Exchange Exit/Evolution
- →Act as a Telco SME, providing market insights to the Product and Operational teams
- →Manage third-party relationships, including ongoing account management and due diligence for new suppliers
- →Perform small-scale trials with Telco suppliers to determine the viability of new products
- →Translate technical design documents into clear business requirements
- →Maintain regulatory knowledge by attending industry calls and cascading insights to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Experience in leading industry change projects within the telecoms sector
- ✓Strong understanding of telecoms systems and processes
- ✓Ability to provide market insights and act as a subject matter expert
- ✓Experience in managing third-party relationships and supplier due diligence
- ✓Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the telecoms industry
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
