About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager for Customer Propositions to lead the transformation of our offering. This role focuses on developing dynamic, data-driven customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the development of the CPQ "In-Life" engine, building complex rule sets for customer bundles
- →Transition the business from a static model to a highly segmented, dynamic offering
- →Design and implement automated "trigger" logic for tariff adjustments based on customer status
- →Optimise cross-sell and retention efforts with decisioning tools using "in-life" data
- →Drive the design process for complex features across multiple engineering teams
- →Set and track domain-wide KPIs and OKRs, presenting strategic recommendations
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading architectural and logical transformation of service offerings
- ✓Strong understanding of customer status triggers and tariff adjustment logic
- ✓Ability to design automated systems based on changing customer data
