About the Role
Join UltraViolet Cyber as an Associate Security Consultant to help clients implement secure software development methodologies. You'll apply software engineering and security skills to assist teams in completing client engagements across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- βConsult with UltraViolet Cyber customers on varied engagements
- βPerform software penetration testing and source code analysis
- βConduct threat modeling and secure software design
- βExecute network security testing
- βDevelop detailed reports on software analysis and vulnerability findings
- βParticipate in UltraViolet's extensive training program
- βCollaborate with a team of cyber security practitioners
- βShadow Senior and Principal Consultants to learn best practices
- βPartner with project leaders to meet customer timelines
Requirements
- βUS Citizenship is required
- βFamiliarity with software security weaknesses, attacks, and exploitation techniques
- βExperience with.NET, Java, multiple operating systems, and RDBMS
- βAbility to interface with clients using consulting and negotiating skills
- βAbility to complete tasks independently and meet schedules
- βStrong written and verbal communication skills
- βEnthusiasm and commitment with professional interpersonal skills
- βWillingness to travel up to 20%
