About the Role
We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join the FP&A team at UltraViolet Cyber. This role involves strategic financial modeling and reporting, and partnering with leadership to ensure financial rigor in all operating decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support financial models including P&L, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows
- →Own reporting to critical stakeholders including leadership, private equity owners, and lenders
- →Maintain annualized contract value waterfall of all contracts
- →Partner with CFO and Director of FP&A on quarterly board reporting and budgeting process
- →Work closely with accounting to ensure budget is imported into Unanet
- →Partner with sales and marketing on revenue reforecasting and unit economic models
- →Work with Director of FP&A, CFO, and Controller on FP&A integration of acquisitions
Requirements
- ✓Undergraduate university degree
- ✓At least 3 years of experience in FP&A at a large corporation or investment institution
- ✓Masterful experience with Microsoft Excel
- ✓Experience with Netsuite a strong plus
- ✓Curiosity to work with data from discrete systems
- ✓Ability to analyze and manipulate data robustly
- ✓Ability to effectively communicate with internal Finance team and cross-functional stakeholders
- ✓Kindness and collaborative spirit
