About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a blend of project and account management skills with technical knowledge to develop strong client relationships and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish and nurture trusted business advisor relationships with named clients
- →Gather requirements from clients and manage project planning, preparation, and delivery
- →Maintain project backlog and ensure adherence to scope, objectives, and margin requirements
- →Make effective decisions and trade-offs under pressure while working through issues and risks
- →Collaborate with Resource Management to develop resource plans and facilitate consultant onboarding/offboarding
- →Schedule and kick off projects, directing technical resource priorities to meet client commitments
- →Monitor and track assessment team progress, reporting back to clients
- →Host conference calls and daily meetings with clients and the assessment team
- →Facilitate review of findings with clients and the technical assessment team
- →Receive and track periodic, ongoing requests from clients regarding specific project needs
- →Address and monitor all incoming customer communications, escalating urgent items as needed
- →Work closely with technical staff to understand service offerings and determine best actions
- →Audit deliverables and evaluate team performance
Requirements
- ✓4-6 years of experience working in a Project Management office setting
- ✓Detail-oriented behavior in a fast-paced environment with timely and effective customer response
- ✓Excellent client management, written, and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience with schedule, budget, invoice management, issue management, and resolution
- ✓Proficiency with MS-Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and other general office applications
- ✓Consulting experience is desired but not mandatory
- ✓Experience managing software security or IT projects preferred
- ✓Experience with Project Management activities on security projects (network, infrastructure, application) preferred
- ✓Experience working with SharePoint highly desired
- ✓PMP Certification is a plus
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent preferred
