About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join V7, a company building AI platforms that help humans do their best work at scale. This role focuses on driving customer adoption and growth of our V7 Go platform, which provides no-code AI agents for legal, finance, insurance, and accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a book of business with a clear expansion target, driving NRR of 140%+
- →Lead onboarding and enablement independently, training end users and driving adoption
- →Build and present AI agents to customers, demonstrating new workflows and use cases
- →Partner with AEs and SEs to ensure smooth post-sale handoff and flag expansion opportunities
Requirements
- ✓Technical background with ability to build AI agents end-to-end
- ✓Experience managing customer relationships in a SaaS environment
- ✓Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments without a defined playbook
- ✓Strong communication skills for onboarding teams and presenting to stakeholders
