About your role: As a Lead Account Manager, you will work closely with international partners and creators, helping them grow, succeed, and unlock new opportunities on the platform. You will play a key role in developing long-term partnerships, improving partner performance, and identifying opportunities to scale engagement and revenue. Here your ideas matter β youβll collaborate with a passionate team tackling complex challenges, from scaling creator ecosystems to leveraging data and AI-driven insights, while contributing to the growth of a product used by millions worldwide.
In this role, you will
β’ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key Spanish-speaking partners
β’ Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic partners while ensuring strong performance and growth
β’ Support onboarding of new partners in collaboration with the inbound team
β’ Drive partner growth and development to increase overall project revenue
β’ Analyze partner performance and identify strategic opportunities for scaling results
β’ Provide partners with advanced recommendations and best practices to maximize their performance
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner experience and platform processes
Itβs all about you
β’ 2 years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Manager, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales, or Affiliate Manager)
β’ Spanish at B1+ level and English at B1+ level
β’ Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance data (Tableau, Amplitude, or similar tools)
β’ Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills when working with partners or clients
β’ Results-driven mindset with experience managing revenue-impacting partnerships
β’ Excellent time management and prioritization skills
β’ Ability to work independently, structure information effectively, and take ownership of decisions
β’ Experience working with CRM tools
β’ Would be a plus
β’ Leadership experience, including mentoring, guiding, or managing a team
