About the Role
We are looking for a System Administrator to join our team and ensure uninterrupted technical support in the office and for our specialists, keeping our workspace and team productive.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide timely and effective technical support to the team
- →Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
- →Resolve all IT requests within your scope
- →Maintain the technical condition of office equipment and software
- →Manage inventory and coordinate equipment orders and deliveries
- →Work with office security systems, access control, and video surveillance
- →Create documentation for common technical questions
Requirements
- ✓6+ months of experience in system administration
- ✓Familiarity with modern computer components, laptops, and smartphones
- ✓Ability to service hardware and install/configure software
- ✓Experience managing equipment inventory and working with documents and spreadsheets
- ✓Basic knowledge of information security and networking
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- ✓Reside in Kyiv and able to attend the office for the first two weeks
