About the Role
Vacation®, a Miami-based sunscreen company, is seeking a Senior Media Buyer for temporary maternity leave coverage. This role involves developing and executing a data-driven paid media strategy to scale the brand and optimize performance across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute a paid media strategy in partnership with the VP of Growth Marketing
- →Manage and optimize media spend across brand awareness, paid social, SEM, and retail media networks
- →Track and analyze KPIs to refine campaigns and improve efficiency
- →Oversee allocation and performance of a multi-million dollar budget
- →Leverage data to drive seamless customer journeys across DTC, retail, and marketplace channels
- →Write paid media content briefs and collaborate with creative teams
- →Lead A/B testing initiatives and explore emerging media opportunities
- →Manage relationships with agencies, platforms, and tech partners
- →Provide regular reports with actionable insights to leadership
- →Partner with Influencer Strategist Lead to implement high-performing UGC content
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in a related field
- ✓5+ years of experience in Meta and Google media buying roles
- ✓2-3+ years of hands-on experience buying and optimizing media
- ✓Experience working within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads account
- ✓Comfort with working as part of a fully remote team
- ✓Process-oriented with a passion for media strategy and implementation
- ✓Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- ✓Assertive communication style
