WE ARE HIRING – DATA ANALYST ( Jakarta Selatan )
Job Responsibilities - Provide support in data analysis and report generation. - Collaborate with business teams to identify reporting needs and compensation calculation methods. - Coordinate and produce sales performance and achievement reports. - Develop, deploy, and maintain dashboards to monitor account performance and efficiency metrics. - Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and special projects. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper validation of information before reporting. - Assist in documenting and tracking report revisions or updates. - Handle administrative tasks related to reporting and compensation processes.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Business, Management, Mathematics, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or data science (fast-learning fresh graduates are welcome). - Strong problem-solving skills with structured thinking. - Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Big Data calculation, and advanced SQL. - Experience with Metabase, Power BI, BigQuery, or Python is a strong advantage. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple datasets and projects. - Adaptive, resilient, and proactive with a strong working spirit. - Comfortable working with both data and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. - Understanding of B2B processes is a plus.
