ValGenesis is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their team. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex software issues for life sciences companies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Apply broad and specialized expertise to analyze and resolve intricate technical issues
- →Provide in-depth technical support, guiding customers through configurations and integrations
- →Work with advanced SQL queries and system logs to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- →Tackle highly complex, unique, and business-critical technical challenges
- →Lead and influence cross-functional teams to address root causes of system inefficiencies
- →Conduct internal training sessions, sharing advanced troubleshooting techniques
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or software troubleshooting
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline
- ✓Strong Knowledge of Agile Methodology
- ✓Strong Knowledge of SQL queries and system log analysis
- ✓Background in the Life Sciences Industry is highly valued
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with ticketing systems
- ✓Strong technical documentation skills
