About the Role
ValGenesis is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to manage SaaS operations and implement enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native products. This role will focus on ensuring high availability, security, and performance of the infrastructure while working closely with the platform engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage day-to-day SaaS operations, ensuring high availability, security, and performance
- →Implement CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native SaaS products
- →Design and implement a fully integrated DevSecOps toolchain
- →Integrate source control systems with build pipelines and artifact repositories
- →Implement secure secrets management using Azure Key Vault and HashiCorp Vault
- →Enforce policy-as-code practices and implement compliance guardrails
- →Enable Kubernetes-based deployments across various environments
- →Automate provisioning and configuration of core platform components
- →Support Hub-Spoke networking models and hybrid connectivity patterns
- →Enable vulnerability scanning and remediation workflows
- →Automate security posture management and compliance checks
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
- ✓Strong skills in Python, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, Prometheus, and Grafana
- ✓Experience designing and operating solutions on Microsoft Azure
- ✓Experience with Azure PaaS services such as PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and Redis
- ✓Deep understanding of Kubernetes across both AKS and on-prem environments
- ✓Solid experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Experience integrating security practices into CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Experience implementing Policy-as-Code using tools such as OPA or Azure Policy
- ✓Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- ✓Familiarity with Linux system administration and network management
