About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer – Marketing & Commercial Design to join our team in Germany. This role supports both marketing and commercial activities, creating high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand presence and enhance bid clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design high-quality visual assets aligned with brand guidelines across marketing, sales and bid activity
- →Create bespoke, opportunity-specific visuals such as infographics, diagrams, and process flows
- →Format and finalise marketing and bid documents to a professional standard
- →Maintain and update the German website in line with approved content and brand standards
- →Adapt and localise global marketing assets for the German-speaking market
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as a graphic designer in a marketing, proposal or complex business environment
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating both marketing-focused design and structured, information-heavy content
- ✓Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign
- ✓Native-level German proficiency
- ✓Fluency in English, written and spoken
