For a PE portfolio company, we're looking for a Finance Manager @ interim.
Starting Date: May 11, 2026.
Location: Antwerpen / Hilversum
Assignment duration: 6 - 12 months (could be extended)

Profile
• Master's degree in economics, finance, management...
• A Finance Generalist with a clear vision across all sub-domains.
• Having completed successful pre & post-merger integrations before and comfortable with a private equity / LBO environment company.
• Experience within services companies with foreign HQs is a strong plus.
• Exceptional financial project management and organizational skills, able to set priorities.
• Strong inter-personal & 'influencing' skills with the ability to structure imperfect and fragmented data, while bringing senior stakeholders on board and driving change management across functions.
• Agile and proactive mindset, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and partially unstructured environment.
• Business sparring partner, with excellent understanding of the business environment and client needs.
• Effective change manager with a results-oriented track record.
• Hands-on transformation & operations leader.
• Strategic and innovative thinker who understands complexity but can provide practical, implementable solutions.
• Bilingual: Dutch - English
